2024 Projects

The Social Responsibility and Volunteerism Coordination Office, in accordance with the Social Contribution Policy of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, recognizes the importance of interacting with the society in addition to academic studies. With this awareness, it coordinates and encourages social contribution activities in order to serve society. In this context, since its establishment, it has been carrying out studies to conduct social contribution activities more efficiently and effectively.

In this regard, our university has exceeded the project targets set for 2024 within the scope of the objectives specified in the strategic plan. According to the data provided by our university, a total of 212 social responsibility projects were carried out in 2024. Of these projects, 64 are projects/activities carried out by students within the scope of various courses, 59 by student club members, 3 by academic staff with a budget and continuing for at least two months, and 86 by academic and administrative units.

These projects and events, conducted with the contribution of students from almost every unit and under the consultancy of dozens of faculty members, have created a social impact primarily in the Bandırma region and in various parts of our country.
