Event Titled "Business Management in the Age of Sustainability" Was Held

In cooperation with our University's Department of Business Administration and Career Development Application and Research Center (BANÜ-KAGEM), the event titled "Business Management in the Age of Sustainability" was held at the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Conference Hall with high attendance.

The program, coordinated by our University's Department of Business Administration Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Nida Abdioğlu and moderated by BANÜ-KAGEM Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sertaç Ercan, featured Tellioğlu Gıda Export and Business Development Director Cennet Yıldız, Tellioğlu Gıda Factory Manager Serdar Gündoğan, and Volkan Urbut as speakers. Our academic and administrative staff, along with a large number of students, attended the event.

During the event, concepts of sustainability, sustainability practices in businesses, business development, sustainability in business development, digitalization, and artificial intelligence were discussed. In the program, where the contributions of a sustainability-oriented management approach to the long-term success of institutions were conveyed through sector experiences, it was emphasized that these practices offer significant opportunities for businesses not only within the scope of environmental responsibility but also in terms of creating economic and social value.

The program continued with an interactive Q&A session where participants' questions regarding career planning, sustainable business models, and the competencies sought in the business world were answered.

The event concluded with Prof. Dr. Nida Abdioğlu presenting certificates of appreciation and gifts to the speakers, followed by a group souvenir photo shoot.
